Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched the same day up to 2 days (in working days) after payment. They are sent by the carrier selected at the time of ordering.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total purchase price.
Shipping fees are broken down as follows (rates valid for a shipment to Metropolitan France):

- For a total purchase of 0 to 58.99 euros*

Shipping costs are applied by carrier as follows:
Mondial Relay, Point Relay Chronopost: 4,90 euros (Available in France only)
Colissimo home delivery without signature : 8,90 euros
Delivery colissimo at home against signature : 12,90 euros


- For a total purchase of 59 euros to 99.99 euros*

Shipping costs are applied by carrier as follows:
Mondial Relay, Point Relay Chronopost: Free (0 euro) (Available in France only)
Colissimo home delivery without signature : 4,90 euros
Colissimo home delivery with signature : 8,90 euros


- For a total purchase of 100 euros or more

Shipping costs are applied by carrier as follows:
Mondial Relay, Point Relay Chronopost: Free (0 euro) (Available in France only)
Colissimo home delivery without signature: Free (0 euro)
Colissimo home delivery against signature : 4,90 euros

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
In the event that a package is received damaged, please refuse it so that it can be returned to us free of charge.


Any package accepted, arrived damaged in its packaging, will have to be the object of a motivated protest to the carrier, by registered letter, within three days, holidays not included and to inform us of this step.

We will assist you in the process and support your request to the carrier to facilitate a potential refund.

The same procedure can be followed if the damage was only discovered when the package was opened.

* These rates apply to all items even in promotion for metropolitan France only, except for personalized items and items in the categories: Stool / Marquee / Bezel. Because of the specificity of these, they will be sent by the Colissimo service.
The maximum weight required by the service of sending in points relay should not exceed 15kg. In this case, it will be mandatory to use the Colissimo delivery service. For an international shipment, a surcharge will be applied depending on the zones where the package is received by the carrier.

- DELIVERY DELAYS

In the event of late delivery, no compensation will be paid, except in exceptional circumstances expressly stipulated in a written agreement between the parties. It is the customer's responsibility to report any delay in delivery to the carrier and to follow the appropriate claims procedures with the carrier. We undertake to assist our customers in the claims process with the carrier wherever possible.
