Terms and conditions for product returns


Exercising your right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of your order.

During this period, You may return undamaged Products without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty. In case of damaged Products received, the procedure - Damaged item received - is the same as for damaged Products.


All the Products can be the object of a retraction, except those excluded by the law in the article L221-28 of the Code of the consumption, for example the Products having been the object of a personalization on your request, the Products having been unsealed, the Products of audio or video recording or the unsealed data-processing software etc...

The returned Products must be intact and complete. If the returned item shows signs of wear and tear or heavy use, a discount will be applied to the refund.

The shipping costs will be fully refunded if the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase was made in a relay point (via Mondial Relay / Or Chronopost relay point). In the case where another delivery method was selected, the amount paid in addition to the cheapest one, will remain at your expense.
The costs of returns are at your charge. You are free to choose your mode of sending (if this one is in relay point, thank you to contact us to indicate you the adequate relay point).

For example :
- If you choose a mode of delivery in colissimo without signature for an amount of purchases of 40 euros, the expenses of 4,90 euros will remain entirely with your load.
- If you choose a mode of delivery in colissimo with signature for an amount of purchases of 10 euros, on the 12,90 euros paid for the delivery, 8 euros will remain with your load (for refunding of 4,90 euros).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, You can use the standard withdrawal form to be filled in on your account under the heading "return of items", or make any unambiguous statement indicating your intention to return the Product to Retro Player, in particular by declaring your return online from your account, under the heading "return of items".


Retro Player will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email.

You must then return the Products to Retro Player, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following your withdrawal, either :


    - By Post to the following address: 88 Rue de la Jarry / 94300 Vincennes.
    - The expenses of return via the Post office are with your load (except for a defective Product with reception, or an error of Retro Player during the sending of the article).
    - in a Relay Point with the written agreement of the Relay Point to be mentioned in your return shipment.


Retro Player undertakes to reimburse you in full for the sums paid upon receipt of the Product in its warehouses or upon receipt of the proof of return of your parcel which You will have sent to the following address Retro Player - 88 Rue de la Jarry / 94300 Vincennes.
As an indication, it generally takes between two (2) and three (3) weeks for a return to the warehouses of Retro Player.

Retro Player will reimburse You for the returned Products, subject to compliance with the above-mentioned conditions.
If You do not return the entire order and keep one or more of the ordered Products, the amount of the "outward" delivery costs will not be refunded by Retro Player.

The refund will be made via the payment method used for the returned order.

Thus, for example, if the order of Products was paid by :

    Carte Bleue, and your Carte Bleue is still valid, the refund will be made to the account attached to this Carte Bleue.
    MasterCrad the refund will be made by crediting your card
    Paypal, and the Paypal account is still active, the refund will be made on this Paypal account.
    If you have paid with vouchers (at least 80% of the payment), the refund will be made in vouchers.

For any other means of payment or in case of failure or impossibility of the previous refunds, the refund will be made by bank transfer or cheque letter sent to the billing address.

You wish to make an exchange

You also have the possibility to request an exchange, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the Product.

You can return the Product to be exchanged to Retro Player by post or by a parcel delivery service (after written agreement by Retro Player).

As a reminder, the return postage costs are at your expense.

The Product to be returned must be undamaged, complete, packed and, if applicable, unplugged. The return of the Product can possibly be done at the same time as the delivery of the new Product, subject to the organization of the carriers and the availability of the Product.
