T-molding must be installed on bollards with grooves provided for this purpose.
Please select the length. We advise you to take a little more than necessary in case of installation error (between 5 and 10%).
-- A few tips on installation. --
For best installation, we advise you not to install in a place that is too cool. Plastic hardens in the cold.
- Lay your arcade cabinet or bartop on its side.
- Do not use a hammer, use a mallet instead.
- Pre-position the t-molding on the ground around your bollard. It tends to roll up on itself, so you won't have to fight with it! Save your strength for Street Fighter !
- When it comes to cutting the ends (you'll always have a few too many), it's best to use a Pro Cutter (Thick), to avoid injuring yourself. A pair of wire cutters will do, but it won't be quite as clean.
- You can apply glue in certain places to prevent your t-molding coming loose over time.
- If your arcade cabinet allows you to go all the way round with the t-molding in 1 go, it's better to start at the bottom of the bollard so that the junction can't be seen.
- Make a notch in the fir to apply it to the concave curves.
- Remove 2 parts close together in the fir tree for installation in a convex curve.
